My Learning Point
I hope to be able to apply what I have learnt to overcome some of the challenges faced when working with training providers to offer blended learning to adult learners, such as lack of tech know-how and high cost of developing e-courseware.
One Learning Point of the Day
Learning Content Management System
More or at least some exposure to the content management segment with respect to Adult Learners who would be attending:
1. WDA's RET training;
2. Training of individuals for Continuous Improvement Review (CIR) Audit with blended learning rather than just providing DIY internal Quality Assurance (QA) Guide

One Learning Point to take away from Blended Learning Course
I'd like to collect some ideas on how Web 2.0 can be used to enhance learning experience for students.
Learning point
To gain idea of a blending learning methods to guide instructors to develop online modules, e.g. template for them.
One Learning Point
I like to know more about blended learning, in particular evaluating the quality of teaching & learning in a blended learning environment.

Implementation. There may be many issues that needs to be resolve before there is successful implementation. I need a model/rubric as you would call it to work on.
There might not be a fixed model but there should be a balance.

Learning Points
To be able to develop an effective blended learning curriculum to streamline divisonal resources.
One learning point
By end of this course, I hope to be able to apply what has been learnt in my daily dealings with customers - teachers . There's no ONE correct way of blended learning. As educators, we need to know our own learners - but when to apply what?
WEB 2.0 Collective Intelligence - transferring to workplace learning
WEB2.0 has set the stage for transactional learning between a trainer and its learners. The importance of collective intelligence presented in WEB 2.0 has indirect, if not a direct relation to how this concept could be transfer to informal workplace learning.
We learn everyday and every moment, learning should not be limited to just attending a formal course. In fact according to research, most adults find learning more meaningful through the informal learning platform. It is through this informal learning platform that allows collective intelligence to occur. Thus, if we can apply the concept behind WEB 2.0 into workplace learning, I believe that adult trainers could better engage their learners and make workplace learning more engaging and meaningful.
Signature? I don't need no stinkin signature!
